How does the business model work?

Industries generates revenue through B2B product sales, CNC/fabrication service fees, R&D contracts, and IoT subscriptions. Ventures earns through a 20% equity stake in each incubated startup, management fees, and exit proceeds. This multi-stream model means we're never dependent on a single source.

Each startup exits with working hardware, validated customers, co-owned patents, and eXhibot holding a 20% equity stake.

General accelerators are software-optimised and hardware-light. eXhibot.NG is the only organisation in West Africa combining a commercial entertainment brand (Events) with actual industrial fabrication infrastructure (Industries + Ventures). We build products, not trophies. We generate patents, not papers.
